Das HSG Auswahlverfahren

Die Universität St.Gallen hat begrenzte Studienplätze für ausländische Bewerber, aber Bewerber mit anerkanntem internationalen Abschluss können durch das HSG Auswahlverfahren zugelassen werden.


Das Verfahren besteht aus einem Online-Eignungstest und einem Video-Interview, bei dem Fragen zur Motivation und Interessen gestellt werden.

Der Test kann von zu Hause aus durchgeführt werden, erfordert jedoch einen Computer oder Laptop mit funktionierender Kamera, Mikrofon und Ton.

Mobilgeräte sind nicht erlaubt.

Es gibt zwei Termine zur Verfügung, einen in der Kalenderwoche 7 und einen anderen in der Kalenderwoche 23.

    Participating in a seminar offers many benefits, such as the opportunity to delve into specific topics, receive valuable tips from experienced coaches, prepare intensively for the test, and interact with other participants to exchange knowledge and experiences. Additionally, seminars provide a structured learning environment and a motivating atmosphere to optimize the learning process and increase the chances of success in the test.
  • How often are the learning materials revised?
    Our learning materials are revised regularly to ensure that they meet the latest requirements of the admission test for the University of St. Gallen.
  • Are the tasks in the learning and practice materials more difficult than the tasks in the admission test?
    Our tasks in the learning materials and seminars are designed to align with the requirements of the original test and provide participants with a realistic preparation experience. We aim to provide an appropriate level of difficulty to best prepare participants for the test.
  • Is it necessary for me to attend a seminar?
    No, booking a seminar is optional. We also offer learning materials such as study and workbooks that are specifically tailored to the admission test for the University of St. Gallen (HSG). You can purchase the learning materials individually and prepare on your own. However, our seminars are led by experienced coaches and provide intensive preparation as well as an interactive learning environment where you can ask questions and interact with other participants. Therefore, we recommend attending our seminars to receive the best possible preparation for the test.

There are certain statements where one can directly infer a yes or no answer, and it is important to distinguish between absolute and relative quantities. Furthermore, certain limitations can be implied through statements such as "applies 100%" or "could be true."
